Problems:
1.Can't connect the phone.
Answer: You have to insert SIM card to boot the phone signal, so you just need to turn off the machine and restart it.
2.TF memory card cannot be stored
Answer: First check if there is any error in TF memory card. If there is no problem with TF memory card, you can format the TF memory card and try again.
3.Can't charge
Answer: To recharge, you need to insert a GSM card firstly.

NOTE:
1.Use SIM card, try not to save too many short messages, in order to avoid affecting the function.
2.The new machine should be fully charged before use in order to achieve better results.
3.The lamp is not on. Please recharge it and use it again.

5.If it do not answer automatically, re-insert the card.
